I have had the back trainer for 2 weeks now, I do a few exercises on it every day and my back pain gets better every day.* GREAT MACHINE*
von Schwäbin am 27/05/2014With this relatively small piece of equipment you quickly see the results of the workout, which can practically achieved by walking past it: every time I walk past it, I do a couple of exercises. It takes barely any time, works well, and is just great.

I can say only good things about the Finnlo Tricon back trainer. The machine has a very high quality and is easy to adjust to any height. My training progress thus far confirms my decision to buy this product.

That's all there is to say about it.
Very quick delivery. Very stable piece of equipment, the assembly is super fast and you can practically start exercising your back immediately. For me this is the best workout for the back, and with such a stable device it's even more fun. It's even suitable for me because of the hollow near the groin area ;)

It is easy to assemble, within 10 minutes, and very robust. I have been using it every day for a week and feel much better already. My posture has improved and it feels great right after the workout, because my back feels stronger. I would absolutely recommend it.
