Unfortunately the seam of the punching bag ripped after just a few punches. But I have to compliment the customer service employees, who sent me a new, more stable punching bag (Premium Black Kick) immediately and free of charge! It deserves 5 stars for the quality and for the price and service! Thank you again for the customer-friendly service!
