New! Extra-long Hammer Dumbbell bar 48cm allows extra load of weight discs for maximized weight training.
The massive chrome dumbbell bar has a weight of 3 kg. The anti-slip handle provides a secure grip. Weight discs can be loaded on 17cm on both sides of the dumbbell bar. So dumbbell bar training limits can be enhanced. Exercises like heavy dumbbell bar rowing or dumbbell bar bench press is no problem with the 48cm dumbbell bar.
The dumbbell bar fits all weight discs with a hole diameter of 30 mm. The discs are fixed tightly with two star screw nuts, so you can focus totally on your work-out. The dumbbell bar 48 cm is perfectly suitable for dumbbell training at home.
