The HAMMER LIFE RUNNER LR16i treadmill beckons for a run in the comfort of your home. The high-performance 1.15 HP motor allows for running speeds of up to 16 km/h, and the incline can be adjusted up to 12% (15 different levels). You can easily adjust the incline and speed via the quick buttons on the training computer and hand grips.
The heart of the treadmill is the training computer, which features a premium blue backlight display and is designed to be easy and intuitive to operate. 19 programmes are available to make your exercise routine varied and challenging. To ensure that the runner keeps to their individually-optimised exercise range, heart rate can be measured easily during the run via the hand pulse sensors on the hand grips or the optional chest strap. A Polar-compatible chest strap receptor is integrated into the computer. Based on body data, the LR16i treadmill can also measure body fat. Incremental training success is made visible to keep exercise motivation levels high.
Measuring 16 x 132 cm, the professional running area on the LIFE RUNNER LR16i is large enough for comfortable running even at maximum speed. At the same time, the super soft running surface takes stress off of the joints.
The treadmill includes integrated transport rollers. This means that the LIFE RUNNER LR16i can be folded up and rolled out of the way to save space. 2 drink holders round out the amenities.

The 18 training programmes differ with regard to intensity, speed, and profile (peak and valley variations). The speed and incline adjustment takes place via the monitor or directly via the practical quick buttons on the hand grips. You can set the speed between 1 and 16 km/h and adjust the incline to a maximum grade of 12%. Training that is as realistic as running outside. A powerful motor is required to offer these conditions with fluid and smooth motion. The Life Runner LR16i is equipped with a 1.15 HP motor that offers a maximum output of 2 HP to drive the tread reliably.
The clear LCD display with blue backlight is easy to operate. Pulse-controlled training using a maximum pulse can be set easily with the Life Runner LR16i. 4 pulse programmes are ideal for controlled training. Pulse can be measured via the chest strap (optional) or via the hand pulse sensors.

A folding mechanism allows you to fold up the LR16i treadmill from the full dimensions of 165 x 73 x 127 cm (L x H x W) to a minimal size of just 73 x 71 x 149 cm (L x H x W), and a practical 2-roller system allows you to transport it by slightly lifting one side.

Start your training with a slow walking speed of approx. 6 km/h. Advanced users can also start at 7-8 km/h. This brief warm-up is necessary to prepare your body for the stress and to get your cardiovascular system going. You can then choose one of the 18 programmes on the Life Runner LR16i training computer and control the workout intensity via the practical quick buttons on the hand grips at any time. Your workout should last at least 30 minutes. When you've finished your run, lower the speed back to the warm-up level in order to cool down and promote regeneration.

We were only able to carry the treadmill into my apartment with the help of two strong men. I have to deduct one star for the delivery because the treadmill was delivered earlier than scheduled. Thanks to our friendly neighbours, this was not a problem. The treadmill was easy to assemble, also on my own. It is very easy to use and I really enjoy running on it. The running surface is a little smooth, but not a problem with good running shoes. The price-performance ratio is acceptable. I would definitely recommend this machine.

The belt runs quietly, even at high speeds.
The running surface is nice and smooth. This takes a little getting used to.
The drink holders in the display are very small. (it holds an 0.5 PET bottle at most, but I suppose it's not a bar).
The loud beeping sound when you push any button is unpleasant.
Anybody who doesn't live on the ground floor should consider having it delivered all the way to where you want to set it up.
I will never forget the ordeal of carrying it up to the third floor.
The kerbside delivery worked really well. ;-)
Bottom line:
I have nothing major to complain about with the machine and I have the impression that you get good value for your money.
Before I bought the treadmill I read several test reports and customer reviews on the internet, also about sporting equipment from other manufacturers. I finally decided to buy this machine, as it seemed sufficient for my purposes. The machine is very compact and robust. I'm very happy with it until now. I can only recommend it.

The assembly was relatively easy, as only the side bits and the training computer had to be attached. I've already used it for a run and am totally ecstatic. Highly recommendable.
