The large base can be filled with water, sand or gravel and sustains even the hardest punches without tipping over. 3 height adjustments allow you to ideally adjust the free-standing punching bag to your body size. The free-standing punching bag has solid workmanship and is made out of low-maintenance PU material. Thanks to the large surface area you can work all punch and kick combinations on the free-standing punching bag just like you were working with a real person.
