Orders are usually dispatched the next working day following clearance of payment via a free next working day delivery service for most of mainland UK. Some products are shipped direct from Germany so can take longer to arrive. Orders are not generally dispatched on Fridays so as not to be in the hands of couriers over the weekend. For larger items such as multi-gyms and treadmills we will contact you within one working day to arrange delivery for a weekday of your choice.

Free delivery includes delivery to the kerbside immediately adjacent to the courier’s vehicle. Most couriers regard inside delivery as an extra service and as such this is not included with the free delivery option. It may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home. This is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as couriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Christmas Delivery

Most orders placed before/on Wed 20th Dec can be dispatched in time for delivery before Christmas.
Orders placed on Wed 20th may be eligible for same day dispatch if ordered before noon for delivery Thur 21st. If the item ordered is not available for same day dispatch or is ordered after noon it will be dispatched on Thurs 21st for delivery Fri 22nd. Please make sure you or someone will be available to receive deliveries between 9 am to 6 pm on these dates.
Note: some items that require longer processing time or can't be sent on a next day service due to their size or delivery address, that are ordered on Wed 20th will be most likely held for dispatch until we re-open in the new year.

Other delivery information

Currently we are only able to offer delivery to Mainland UK (including the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight will incur additional surcharges which will be indicated during the checkout process and are detailed below. Direct delivery to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Isles will be available soon (we can deliver to forwarding companies, please contact us for more information).

Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge (£35 to £40). You can choose Saturday delivery during the checkout process if it is available for your item and location.

Please allow additional days for your delivery to take place when there are UK Bank Holidays. Please also allow additional days in extreme/uncontrollable circumstances i.e. extreme weather conditions etc.

Invoice and warranty

Your delivery will include an invoice. Please keep the invoice for your records, as this serves as proof of your warranty in the event of warranty claims.

Where is my package?

You can track the delivery status of your order at any time. You will get an email with your tracking number once your order is transferred to the delivery company. This means you can keep track of the current status of your order. Has your package not arrived in the last few days? Was it also not delivered to your neighbours? In this case please contact our customer service so we can verify where your package is.

If you are returning something, please let us know in advance per email or telephone and provide us with your customer number, order number and your full name. We ask you to contact us prior to returning your item, as we can arrange pick up from your home at a reduced price.
