New! The Hammer barbell bar with a length of 198 cm allows wide grip spans of 138 cm and is the ideal accessory for wide benches and wide barbell training stations. The chrome bar is made of cast iron with a weight of 11.5 kg. The anti-slip surface provides a secure grip, so you can fully concentrate on targeted muscle groups.
Two spring clips make change of weight discs easy and fast. Spring clips will hold weight discs tight so the will not move or slide. All weight discs with a hole diameter of 30 mm will fit on the bar. The 198 cm barbell bar sets perfect conditions for an effective and diverse strength training at home.
